Super Throoper Services offers landscaping services including (but not limited to) lawn care, trimming, garden maintenance, mulching, wood working and seasonal cleanup. A detailed scope of these services is outlined in each customers invoice or quote. All quotes are valid for 30 days. A deposit may be required for certain invoices or quotes. All invoices are to be paid in full within 7 days unless otherwise agreed by customer and Super Throoper Services. Failure to pay invoices on time will result in a 20% up-charge per each 7 days the payment is missed. Each job is scheduled accordingly with availability and weather permitting. Customers are to ensure all personal belongings are removed from the area of work or a small charge may be implemented due to extra time needed to be spent on setup. Any cancellations are to be completed 72 hours before the scheduled work start date, cancellations later than 72 hours before work start date will be subject to a late cancellation fee unless otherwise agreed by Super Throoper Services. All clients are required to disclose any hazards on the property before the invoice is made, failure to disclose any unknown hazards may result in property damage (Super Throoper Services is not liable) or a machinery repair charge if the hazard is to damage any of Super Throoper Services equipment.
